Naomi Simiyu, B.A., MSC.

Naomi is an experienced administrative professional with a background in not-for-profit organizations. She holds a B.A. and MSc. in International Development Studies and a Research Analyst Graduate Certificate. Naomi understands that people are the cornerstone of any successful enterprise. 

Solutions focused processes. 

Naomi recently joined BFES as a Client Experience Manager where she applies her skills in communication, project management, and organization. Working closely with advisors, Naomi ensures that Blackwood fulfills client commitments and meets Key Performance Indicators.  

   

Blackwood’s passion to help families find harmony in their thriving enterprises aligns with Naomi’s solutions-focused and process-driven nature. Naomi’s favorite part about her role is working with families to create solutions that are unique to each one of them and seeing how families and their businesses thrive when values and goals align. 

Community driven involvement 

Outside of work, Naomi enjoys reading, yoga, experimenting with new recipes, and running (when the weather is warm). Naomi has a passion for community development and has volunteered with various education and youth non-profit organizations in East Africa and Winnipeg.
