Lisa is a dynamic multilingual executive with over 35 years of progressive senior leadership experience in a variety of industry sectors, including digital marketing, e-business, telecommunications, agriculture, national fashion retail, sports marketing, and not-for-profit organizations where she has held multiple executive roles and titles. Lisa’s strong leadership in executive, strategic, project management and technology roles have enabled her to quickly understand the needs of an organization and to recruit, train, develop, and coach highly successful, multifunctional, national teams.
Lisa is a Family Enterprise Advisor and a Shareholder with Legacy Bowes, a Winnipeg based, national HR Consulting firm. Lisa has provided support to organizations across Canada, navigating the dynamic world of corporate growth and transition, building successful and motivated teams, and cultivating strong positive cultures.
Most recently she has joined the roster of the Winnipeg Football Club where she melds her passion for sports and her business acumen to assist with Corporate Partnerships for Grey Cup 2025 – an event which will see droves of avid fans embark upon the city taking in all that the Grey Cup Festival and the City of Winnipeg will have to offer! Go Blue!
In addition to corporate leadership, Lisa has lent her expertise throughout her career in a volunteer leadership capacity to organizations such as Variety – the Children’s Charity International, Junior Achievement of Manitoba, the Sons and Daughters of Italy, The Associates, the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.
