Lisa is a dynamic multilingual executive with over 37 years of progressive executive leadership experience in a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, agriculture, fashion manufacturing and retail, full spectrum marketing digital marketing, e-business, executive search & recruitment, sports marketing, and not-for-profit organizations where she has held multiple executive roles. Having been a partner within an HR Consulting firm for 10 years, Lisa’s strong leadership in executive, strategic, project management and technology roles have enabled her to quickly understand the needs of an enterprise. She is able to assist them in navigating changing events that impact growth, stability and transition to ensure the mission, values, strategic and operational plans align for continued and future success of all stakeholders involved.
Lisa has held her designation as a Family Enterprise Advisor since 2018, and has provided support to organizations across Canada, navigating the dynamic world of corporate growth and transition, building successful, motivated executives and teams, and cultivating strong positive cultural environments.
Most recently, she enjoys her 1 to 1 consulting work with her clients in the areas of: Family Enterprise Advising, Succession Planning & Career Transition, the Development of Strategic Plans, Business Development Plans, Fund Development Plans and Executive Search.
In addition to corporate leadership, Lisa has lent her expertise throughout her career in a volunteer leadership capacity at the board level and at times at the operational level to organizations such as Variety – the Children’s Charity International, Junior Achievement of Manitoba, the Sons and Daughters of Italy, The Associates of the Asper School of Business, the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, CPA Manitoba, the Nellie McClung Foundation and the Winnipeg Football Club with the Blue Bombers.
