Dayna Lee-Baggley PH.D., R.PSYCH.

Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley is a Registered Clinical Psychologist
with over 20 years of experience in clinical, health, and workplace psychology. She specializes in behaviour change, psychological safety, and creating healthier workplaces and leaders.

Grounded in science, focused on practice.
Dr. Lee-Baggley is the Director of the Psychological Health and Safety Lab at Saint Mary’s University and the former Director of the Behaviour Change Research Institute at Dalhousie University. She has led research projects totalling over $2 million and authored more than 60 peer-reviewed publications. As a practicing psychologist, executive coach, and former couples counsellor, she understands how to help people make the changes they desire.

A practical voice on hard human change.
Dr. Dayna is internationally recognized for translating the science of behaviour change into approaches that move people and organizations forward. Author of Healthy Habits Suck: How to get off the couch and live a healthy life even if you don’t want to, she has been featured in the Globe and Mail, Psychology Today, Real Simple, CTV, CBC, and Global News. She loves helping families successfully navigate the interpersonal dynamics that are essential in all businesses, but
especially meaningful and important in family enterprises.

 

Outside work, Dayna is a committed golfer with decidedly weekend-golfer skills, hoping to gain an edge by applying sports psychology to her mental game of golf. Born and raised in Calgary, AB, she now resides in Halifax, NS with her family.
