As a co-owner of an executive search and HR consulting firm, Anna led the company’s expansion and national growth, demonstrating her ability to scale businesses while maintaining a deep focus on leadership excellence. She has also been a consulting partner and principal with two large public accounting and consulting firms and has held senior leadership roles in the public sector, bringing a broad and strategic perspective to advisory work.

Anna is a Certified Executive Coach and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, a Fellow Certified Management Consultant, and holds a Master of Business Administration. Her credentials, combined with certifications in the Gallup CliftonStrengths, Hogan Assessment, and Management Research Group’s leadership assessments, allow her to provide tailored insights that help family enterprises strengthen leadership effectiveness and decision-making.

Passionate about people, governance, and service, Anna currently serves on the Board of the Network of Sacred Heart Schools. She has previously chaired the Sacred Heart School of Halifax, the International Women’s Forum (Atlantic), and Brigadoon Children’s Camp, and has served on the boards of the Nova Scotia Health Authority and the Nova Scotia Community College.
